Our villa is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Javea “La Colina” with almost no traffic and 100% privacy where tranquility is guaranteed. The detached villa is located on an enclosed plot of 1,000 m², bordering a nature reserve, a 5-minute drive from the supermarket and 8 minutes from Arenal beach.

The ground floor of the villa consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), spacious living/dining room and an open kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, small dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There are also 2 luxurious folding guest beds (200cm, x 90cm, mattress 10cm thick) that can be placed in any room as desired. On the terrace in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor table with 6 chairs and a large parasol for cooling shade. There is parking for several cars on site.

 

The swimming pool (10 x 4.5m) is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sunbeds, parasol, outdoor shower and a cozy, covered outdoor lounge with sofas, coffee table, large dining table and Broil King gas barbecue.

The top floor of the villa is empty during the months of July and August, so you can enjoy complete privacy.

​

The minimum rental of the villa is 7 days.

From €350 per day in July and August (excluding final cleaning and linen)
